At Après Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new pieces aren't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original packaging if possible.
Ship Your Return
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio team inspects your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
